ordering is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Orders are usually shipped
the
following business day with the exception of hand painted items. Hand
painted items
will be shipped within three weeks of order date. Special orders can be
placed for
most items. If you see something you like and need a different size please
contact
us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We
accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal for online ordering. We will also accept a personal check or money order. Your order will be shipped once the check has cleared the bank.

ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery to
most places
within the United States within 3 to 5 business days.

Returns
Hiccups
will gladly issue a refund on any items that are not custom made to order.
Merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and with the original tags.
Custom
orders may not be returned. Please contact us within 14 days of
receipt of your order to
obtain a return authorization number. Hiccups is not responsible for
return shipping
charges ( all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility). Upon
receipt of your
returned item we will issue a refund for the purchase price in the same form of
payment
used for the purchase.
